ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE

Hrvatske ceste d.o.o. („HC“) intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the „EBRD“) for the construction of a section of the Rijeka Bypass. The said section is:

• Sveti Kuzam to Križišće (total length 8.3 km), including interchanges and minor connecting roads.

The proposed project, which has the total estimated cost of approximately €86 million equivalent, will require the procurement of the following works and services:

• Works on the construction of the above road section;
• Consultant services for supervision of the mentioned construction works.

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2007.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD will be subject to the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the EBRD's loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser's country.

OPĆA OBJAVA NABAVKE

Hrvatske ceste d.o.o. (HC) namjeravaju iskoristiti zajam Europske banke za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD) za izgradnju dionice riječke obilaznice. Ta dionica je:

• Sveti Kuzam-Križišće (ukupna duljina 8,3 km), uključujući čvorove i manje priključne ceste.

U planiranom projektu, ukupnog predviđenog troška u vrijednosti od oko 86 milijuna eura,  bit će potrebno provesti nabavu slijedećih radova i usluga:

• radovi izgradnje spomenute dionice;
• savjetodavne usluge nadzora izgradnje.

Natječaji za gore navedeno predviđa se da će započeti u drugoj polovici 2007.

Ugovori koji će se financirati iz sredstava zajma EBRD-a podliježu EBRD-ovim pravilima nabave (Procurement Policies and Rules) te će biti otvoreni tvrtkama iz svih zemalja. Sredstva EBRD-ovog zajma neće se koristiti za plaćanje osobama ili pravnim subjektima, ili za uvoz robe, ako je takvo plaćanje ili uvoz zabranjeno odlukom Vijeća sigurnosti Ujedinjenih naroda prema Poglavlju VII Povelje Ujedinjenih naroda ili prema zakonu na snazi u kupčevoj zemlji.
